Does my customer need PickSpot Business?

No. PickSpot Business is for your business. Your customer uses PickSpot to review the order, pay, track delivery and confirm receipt.

Do I need a website?

No. PickSpot Business works with the places you already sell, including WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok.

When is pickup arranged?

Pickup is arranged after the customer approves the order and payment has been confirmed.

Do I need my own rider?

No. PickSpot can coordinate delivery through supported delivery partners.

Can my customer track the order?
